Over the last 20 years, Seabreeze Caterers has enjoyed serving the families of the New Jersey and New York area. Our many customers have welcomed us into their homes and we have responded by providing the most unique and individualized menus coupled with fine service and respect for their home and guests.

Off-premise catering started as an off-shoot of our Seabright, New Jersey restaurant at the Driftwood Cabana Club. As young families fell in love with our food their one request was for us to come to their home and allow them to enjoy their special event without the anxiety of preparing and serving their guests. We have been privileged to be a part of many families lives from a 1st birthday to that child's bar mitzvah. For some families, we have hosted a communion party and then handled the details for that same little girl's sweet sixteen! Our customers have become a big part of our life and we appreciate their loyalty.

Vincent Corigliano, chef and proprietor, was born into a restaurant family. As the son of a restaurant owner, he has served the public since a boy of 13 and learned to prepare some of his best dishes from his Italian-born grandparents and parents. Both he and his brother have owned restaurants but Vincent branched out to off-premise catering when the demand arose.

As a culinary instructor, Vincent pays attention to the basics, using only the finest ingredients and couples his expert skills with an experienced staff who mirror his desire to maintain the highest quality in service and food preparation.

Off-premise catering has allowed Vincent, along with his wife Anne, to be flexible and creative, molding each event to the hopes and wishes of the customer. Because of his love of what he does, Vincent has been successful at meeting and well surpassing the expectations of his many faithful customers.
